  • Reusable Liner Included: Easy-to-use design with absorbent pad that stays in place and feels comfortable. Easy to replace by tearing off at the edges. (Note: For male users, position the larger end of the liner towards the front; for female users, position it towards the back.)
  • Adjustable Waist for Comfort: Different from regular incontinence and menstrual plastic pants, our pants have breathable cotton fabric on the sides and adjustable paste for easy fitting, perfect for those who need assistance. Refer to the size guide for plastic pants when choosing.
  • Washable Absorbent Pad: The cloth liner quickly absorbs 3 fl oz (90ml) and can hold up to 5 fl oz (150ml) for daily use, providing better leak protection and saving on disposable adult diaper expenses. Can also be used with other disposable liners or diapers, but does not have anti-shift feature.
  • Superior to Regular Plastic and Latex Pants: Our leak-proof cloth diaper covers are soft, lightweight, and durable. The absorbent liner ensures no leaks or spills. Comfortable to wear and can protect mattresses at night. Tested to be washable over 200 times.
  • Easy to Clean Adult Cloth Diapers: Simply machine wash and tumble dry on low. Soak in a mixture of 0.25 cups of vinegar and 0.5 cups of detergent for half an hour to eliminate odors and keep the garment fresh and soft. Ideal for overnight use, important meetings or exams, postpartum care, post-surgery recovery, prostate surgery, dementia care, autism care, elderly care, disabilities, healthcare professionals, long-distance driving, attending events, and other emergency situations.
