Frequently Asked Questions

AI
Adjustable weights offer more versatility, allowing you to increase resistance as you get stronger without buying new equipment. Fixed weights are often simpler and more streamlined for quick workouts.
While possible, use caution. Adding weight to the extremities can alter your natural gait and increase stress on joints. Many users prefer them for walking, pilates, or strength training instead.
Look for models with heavy-duty Velcro straps or silicone grips. Ensuring the weight is distributed evenly around the ankle and tightening the strap securely is key to preventing slippage.
